Apex Legends is growing in strength season upon season as it aims to shake things up with new and consistent content.
Some of that content includes new and fresh legends, which aim to take the mantle of "best legend" in Apex.

Here are the top 5 legends in Apex Legends Season 8.
We'll be sure to update this piece as new legends are released and seasons go live.

Fuse Coming To Season 8! - 18th January
Fuse is the next legend to fight it out in the Apex games.
He's an Australian, which many suspected due to a leaked wallaby gun charm.
Until Season 8 is live we can't be sure of his placement among the current legends.
Although here are some of his abilities which may give you an idea where you think he fits:
- Passive: Grenadier - Fuse’s mechanical arm throws ordnances farther, faster and more accurately. Fuse can also stack more grenades per inventory slot than other Legends.
- Tactical: Knuckle Cluster - Deploy a cluster bomb that splinters out mini-concussion mines.
- Ultimate: The Motherlode - Bring out Fuse’s rocket launcher “Wally” to drop an ordnance that surrounds the target in a ring of flames.
We'll be sure to update this piece when Fuse's position is more clear!
The Top Legends In Apex Legends
Fuse (Speculative)
We expect Fuse to be one of the most common legends in Season 8.
Obviously, everyone wants to try out the newest character but he also looks to be a great legend to play.
Lifeline
At number 5 is Lifeline. Ajay Che isn’t someone you would expect to find in the Apex Games.
As the child of wealthy war profiteers, she left home when she learned of the damage her family had caused and enlisted in the Frontier Corps, a humanitarian organization that aids Frontier communities in need.
She's a very noob-friendly character due to her ability to assist her teammates in battle with heals and the ability to deploy high-quality defensive gear.
It's less about getting the kills and making sure your team doesn't get killed.
Octane
At number 4 is the High-Speed Daredevil and Adrenaline Junkie Octane.
You might be thinking: "Octane?! Really?!". Klein points out that while he doesn't win a lot of games, he's so fun to play because of his speedy abilities.
Horizon
Players have gravitated to the new kid on the block - Horizon.
The fiery Scottish astronaut has found herself to be a go-to legend for players, most likely largely due to the fact she's brand new.
Her ability also makes it easy to traverse up and down buildings quickly and safely, making her a versatile option. Not to mention that a well placed ultimate can literally destroy and entire team.
Bloodhound
Another surprising choice is Bloodhound, who again doesn't get a lot of wins, but the Techonoligcal Tracker garners a lot of interest from players.
It's no doubt due to the fact that his abilities grant lots of vision on his foes, giving a wider picture of what's coming and allowing players to react with this new information.
Wraith
Finally, with no real surprise, is Wraith; the most picked Legend in Season 7.
The Interdimensional Skirmisher is a fantastic legend to use for solo play and is a bit of a lone wolf pick.
Her ability to avoid damage and fast repositioning techniques are unmatched and create for some high level plays.
She can easily win you a match or die trying.
