The upcoming League of Legends 12.10 update is set to be one of the most significant in recent memory. This will be one of the most important patch changes, as they prepare to make everyone tankier in the long run. This patch will see some interesting changes, and could turn the game on its head.
In this League of Legends guide, we'll run through the changes due to arrive in the 12.10 update. That's on top of a look at when it should arrive in the game, so you're completely ready for when it does arrive. Players only have two days until patch day!

League of Legends Patch 12.10 Release Date
The League of Legends 12.10 update will release on Wednesday, May 25. As such, there's still a little while to go before this new update. However, it'll be an agonising wait for those awaiting the upcoming stat buffs to durability traits.
It isn't too much of a surprise though, because the 12.9 update only dropped in early May. Therefore, it makes sense to see a reasonable gap between changes to the game.

Aside from that, there are a few new champion skins, which are already in PBE lobbies to try out:
- High Noon Samira
- High Noon Sion
- High Noon Tahm Kench
- High Noon Twitch
- High Noon Viktor
Each of those skins also have a set of eight new chromas, to kit them out with new looks in battle. With plenty of colours available, you'll no doubt find a fitting design to give your champion a new lick of paint.
On top of that, the 12.10 update adds a range of new Summoner Icons to customise your in-lobby profile.
There are five High Noon x Border icons, five High Noon x Chroma icons, eight new Pride icons, and a Dragon Boat Poro icon to get from the store. That's in addition to four new emotes, which are also available now.

That's it for our look at all the changes in the League of Legends 12.10 update. As you can tell, there's an awful lot going on here. Those changes to health resistance shouldn't make matches any longer than they already are, but the fights that matter should end up feeling more robust, satisfying, and meaningful in the process.
While we wait a few short weeks until all the aforementioned changes arrive, considering dropping into League of Legends: Wild Rift if you haven't already. Ekko just arrived, so we've updated the Wild Rift tier list to match.
