The real-world season is well underway, and now Codemasters' F1 22 has released to fill up the time in between Grand Prix weekends. If you've played the previous F1 games, or any racing game for that matter, you probably have a favourite camera view that you stick to. If you want to switch from the default option to your own personal favourite, you're going to want to know how to change F1 22 camera view. We're here to help you do just that.
The different camera views give you different vantage points on the corners coming up and the other cars you're chasing. From the cockpit, you get the most realistic view, but the halo is somewhat in the way. Each view has its own benefits and issues you'll have to get comfortable with.

How Do I Change F1 22 Camera View?
Thankfully, changing camera view is nice and easy in F1 22 - it just isn't done with a single press of a button, as it is in most other racing games.
Instead, to change the camera view in F1 22, you first need to pause the game. Then, you'll see the Camera option halfway down the list of options. Cycle through the list there to change between the different camera options.
The options you can change from the pause menu are:
- Wing
- Nose
- Nose (alt)
- Cockpit
- TV Pod (default)
- TV Pod Offset
- Near Chase
- Far Chase
Then, all you need to do is back out to the race once more and the setting will be changed.
It should then stay as your default camera view option for all modes throughout F1 22. You won't have to keep changing it for every race and in every other mode, thankfully.
Note that the camera in F1 22's VR mode is limited to cockpit view, as expected, so you cannot change it in the same way while playing with a headset on.
