Acer Nitro 5 (2022) Release Date
Similarly to other upcoming laptops like the Razer Blade 14, the Acer Nitro 5 has various configurations available.
There are four different versions of the Nitro 5 in total and according to Acer's news website, they are going to be released at separate times across various regions.
We know which month each of the models will be arriving in, but for a specific date we may have to hang on.

First off, the Acer Nitro 5 (AN515-58) will be released in March in North America and in February in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and China.
Secondly, the Acer Nitro 5 (AN515-46) is set for release in April in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa and arriving in March in China.
Next, the Acer Nitro 5 (AN517-55) is coming to North America in April and Europe, the Middle East and Africa in March and China in February.
And finally, the Acer Nitro 5 (AN517-42) will be arriving in May in North America, April in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and coming to China in March.

Acer Nitro 5 (2022) Price
While specific release dates haven't yet been confirmed, we do know the pricing of each model in the new Acer Nitro 5 line.
For the 15.6-inch laptops, Acer Nitro 5 (AN515-58) will have a starting price of $1,049.99 / € 1,549 and the Acer Nitro 5 (AN515-46) will start at $1,099.99 / €1,599.
And for the 17.3-inch versions, the Acer Nitro 5 (AN517-55) will be starting at $1,099.99 / €1,649 and the Acer Nitro 5 (AN517-42) will have a starting price of $1,149.99 / €1,699.

Acer Nitro 5 (2022) Specs
Much like the new MSI Stealth GS77 and Razer Blade 14, each of the varying versions of the Acer Nitro 5 line has similarities and differences.
As mentioned before, there are four versions of the new Acer Nitro 5, however, there are multiple configurations within each of these versions.
Similarly to before, the Acer Nitro 5 is available as either a 15.6-inch or 17.3-inch model and you can get either an Intel or AMD processor for each size.
When it comes to the processor, you can get up to a 12th Gen Intel Core i7 or up to AMD Ryzen 6000 series.

The intel powered models (AN515-58 / AN517-55) can feature up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GPU with up to 32GB of DDR4 3200 RAM, which should be more than enough power to run most games.
The AMD models (AN515-46 / AN517-42) will feature up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GPU alongside up to 32GB of the latest DDR5 4800 MHz RAM.
This should also provide some excellent gaming power and the inclusion of DDR5 RAM should allow the Acer Nitro 5 to handle multitasking with ease.
When it comes to the display, you're getting up to a QHD resolution and up to 165Hz refresh rate on an IPS panel type.

For the AMD models, the screens will also feature FreeSync technology to help reduce screen tearing and allow for a smoother gaming experience.
Storage-wise, all the models feature two M.2 SSD slots, however, the intel version supports two PCle 4.0 while the AMD offers one PCle 4.0 and one PCle 3.0.
