The arrival of the Harbingers collection event to Apex Legends has provided Respawn Entertainment with the perfect opportunity to apply some Apex Legends Harbingers event weapon buffs and nerfs to the battle royale's extensive weapon arsenal.
With so many different weapons to choose from in Season 18, there are some that are more powerful than others. For several seasons, some players have demanded the nerf of an overpowered weapon and judging by the Harbingers event patch notes, their prayers may have been answered.

Apex Legends Harbingers update weapon buffs and nerfs
There's only one weapon that's actually received a nerf in the Harbingers update. To the delight of many, it's for the Nemesis Burst AR! Here's a closer look at the changes made:
- Damage reduced to 16 (was 17)
- ADS recoil increased
Although it's only a small nerf, the increase in ADS recoil is guaranteed to make it harder for you to hit those long-distance shots. Perhaps a new rifle will take its place? We'll have to wait and see.
Balance updates
- Weapon Crafting rotation
- 30-30 Repeater enters the crafter
- RE-45 with Hammerpoint Rounds enters the crafter
- Mozambique returns to floor loot
- Nemesis returns to floor loot
- Lowered autoplayer difficulty in orientation matches
- Redistributed the pockets of high-tier armor within POI’s (ex.the center of Countdown on World’s Edge) into the global loot pool
As a result of the Nemesis nerf, the rifle has returned to ground loot alongside the Mozambique. The 30-30 Repeater and the RE-45 with Hammerpoint rounds head into the crafter.
