July 26, 2023: The Neon Network event is now live! Find all there is to know about the event including how to collect Compute Nodes in our guide.

The Apex Legends Neon Network event is expected to be the next Collection event taking place in Respawn Entertainment's battle royale. Typically, Apex Legends Collection events offer players the chance to earn some exclusive cosmetic items ranging from weapon skins to the coveted Prestige skins.

Although attention is already turning towards what Season 18 has in store, leaks claim another Collection event is on the way in Season 17 following the successful Dressed to Kill event.

Apex Legends Neon Network event start date

The Apex Legends developer has confirmed the Neon Network event started on July 25, 2023.

Apex Legends Neon Network Prestige skin

In addition to a wealth of rewards, the next Prestige skin arriving is for Valkyrie. Known as Apex Interceptor, you can get your hands on it by unlocking all of the other Neon Network rewards.

Apex Legends nodes explained

The process of collecting Compute Nodes during the Apex Legends Neon Network event is incredibly straightforward. In casual matches, the Node Tracker will feature as loot. Collect it and you can use it to "detect, locate the optimal location, and hack into leads across the map to receive loot and Compute Nodes."

Collect the Compute Nodes and exchange them in the reward shop for some exclusive skins and cosmetic items.
