How to romance Minthara in Baldur's Gate 3

Your first step should be visiting Emerald Grove, which is home to the Druids and is currently housing some Tiefling refugees. The First Druid of the grove, Halsin, was captured by the goblins. If the grove does not get Halsin back, then the new leader, Kagha, will drive the Tieflings out of the grove, where they will be slaughtered by goblins.

Your job is to visit the Goblin Camp to save Halsin and restore peace to the grove. However, you can also choose to side with the Goblin Camp and Minthara, who are plotting to attack the grove. Upon arriving at the Goblin Camp, you need to make your way into the Shattered Sanctum. This is located inside the doors past the courtyard with all of the goblins cooking food and dancing. The door has a giant ogre to the left of it.

Minthara is an early romance option in Baldur's Gate 3.

Inside the Sanctum, go northeast and past the throne with Priestess Gut. Take a right down a wooden bridge to go through a door past three goblins. This is the Worg's Pen, and Halsin is trapped in a cage in his bear form. To romance Minthara, you need to either let Halsin stay in the cage or kill him.

Once that's done, head back out to the Shattered Sanctum and you can find Minthara up the ladder that's in front of the Worg's Pen entrance. You can speak to Minthara, but you will have to pass several dialogue checks before earning her trust.

If you manage to do so, she will key you in on her plot to attack the Druids at the grove. You will then need to go to Emerald Grove and go to the top of the gate and speak with Zevlor. After doing that, blow the war horn at the top of the gate and choose the option that says "side with Minthara."

This will start a war, and you need to fight every Druid and Tiefling at the grove with Minthara's army. If you emerge victorious, head back to Minthara's chamber at the Goblin Camp and she will say she is pleased with the outcome. She will also state that you can meet her in her camp later. Once you're in her camp and talk to her, you want to pick the most seductive lines when they appear as dialogue options. You will also need to click on the bedroll and select Minthara.

All of this will lead to a sex scene with Minthara, which was your end goal. However, you will wake up to Minthara holding a knife to your throat, which you need to talk your way out of to avoid being killed.
