Camouflaj's latest entry to the Arkham series is receiving rave reviews. Batman: Arkham Shadow is a Meta Quest-exclusive VR game, which may put off some Arkham fans. However, the game is truly an Arkham game through and through. Complete with Batman's tools and gadgets, Batman: Arkham Shadow perfectly captures the feeling of swinging around some areas using the grapple hook and the intensity of each punch and blow during combat.
While many fans were surprised with the announcement that the next Arkham game would be in VR, Batman: Arkham Shadow did not fail to deliver. From fantastic voice casting to excellent and challenging achievements, Batman: Arkham Shadow is the best excuse to wear that Batman cowl you've been keeping around for Halloween.
If you are not fully convinced of the VR game yet, we'd like to ask you to prepare your eye makeup and your best imitation of Kevin Conroy's "I am Vengeance!" because we've got a list of fantastic reviews for Batman: Arkham Shadow.

Batman: Arkham Shadow has a spectacular 100% critic recommendation score on OpenCritic and an 83 Metascore on Metacritic. What's more impressive is that it was able to snag a 9.5 user score on Metacritic, which could be a great indicator that almost every VR player who tried to glide-kick their enemies has said "I am Batman" at least once.
Camouflaj did a fantastic job making Batman: Arkham Shadow as immersive as possible, even with a length similar to that of Arkham Asylum. Although it is a Meta Quest exclusive, Batman: Arkham Shadow innovates on what is possible in VR and takes the Arkham series up a notch. It is a great entry title for non-VR players who love Batman and the Arkham series.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League may not have scratched the superhero itch for Arkham fans, but Batman: Arkham Shadow is here to save the day. It could be very well on top of the rankings of the best Batman games in the franchise.
