Battlefield 2042 Season 2 content
DICE has revealed plenty of information on what Season 2 has in store. The update includes Stranded, a new multiplayer map set in Panama in addition to three new weapons. Here's a full list of guns:

Also, DICE has revealed significant changes to Specialists, resulting in a switch to the classic Battlefield class system in Season 3. The developer emphasises Specialists aren't disappearing from the game.

Just like the previous season, Season 2 of Battlefield 2042 will contain a new battle pass complete with a new range of content to obtain. Expect new cosmetic items to arrive.

The latest Specialist arriving is Charlie Crawford, an arms dealer capable of dealing incredible amounts of damage during a match. His gadget allows players to place a mounted minigun onto the ground for teammates to use alongside a special ability that replenishes gadget ammunition while reviving.

Alongside a new specialist and new additions to the arsenal, players can get their hands on a concussion grenade. This is perfect for disrupting the opposition in numerous situations.
