In Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, Poffins can be baked at the Poffin House located in Hearthome City, or with the Poffin Maker in Amity Square. To cook them, you simply need to select some berries, then stir the Poffin using your analog stick.

You have to also be careful to not spin the analog stick too fast and cause the Poffin to overflow, or be too slow and then cause the Poffin to burn. You can guarantee yourself a high-level Poffin by cooking it within 60 seconds without any overflowing or burning.

It's as simple as that... the real trouble lies with deciding what berries to use for the type of Poffin that you want. That's where our recipes below should help!

Making a good Poffin is important in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. The higher the level of the Poffin, the increased effect it'll have on your Pokémon. Simultaneously, the flavour matters too.

Different flavour Poffins will elevate different attributes of your Pokémon, and depending on your Pokémon's nature, they will like and dislike different flavours. As you can imagine, feeding them a flavour of Poffin they like will have an increased effect. Meanwhile, feeding them a disliked flavour of Poffin will have a decreased effect.

Better Poffins ultimately means better scores in Super Contest Shows, so let's get right down to some of the best recipes:
