Armada is the most unique map in CoD history

Armada is perhaps one of the most unique Call of Duty maps ever seen. The map consists of a range of large naval ships, some smaller vessels, and even places where players can take a swim.

The larger ships offer clear lines of sight from the upper balconies and a range of opportunities for close-quarters combat on the lower decks.

What sets apart from the rest of the maps is the navigation. Zip lines are located on all boats and enable players to quickly jump from one ship to another, along with offering the potential of an epic no-scope while flying through the air.

Tips and Tricks

1) Sneaky Swimmer

There are several areas where you can take a dive into the ocean and make some impressive plays. It’s very easy to swim behind some unsuspecting opponents and eliminate them without them ever knowing you were there.

Equip a suppressor to your weapon of choice to stay as stealthy as possible, but be prepared for an unwelcome surprise lurking in the water if you stay too long…

2) Captain of the Ship

For those that don’t fancy taking a trip on the zip wire, there are several boats that can be used to control the seas. The boats come with a mounted machine gun to eliminate anyone taking the zip wire and to combat other boats battling for control of the waters.

Be prepared for anyone lurking in the water. It is possible to be sniped while captaining the boat so be aware of both land and the sea.

3) The Tank

Equipping Flak Jacket and Tactical Mask to reduce the effects of both lethal and tactical equipment along with a fast-firing LMG is the perfect combination to deal a wealth of damage aboard the ships.

With plenty of thin metal walls on the ships, it is very easy to shoot through the upper balconies where the chances of finding plenty of snipers is very high.

Best Classes

This particular map enables players to use all kinds of weaponry, and achieve plenty of success. Here’s some of the weapons that we recommend.
