The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) are set to join Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone in an exciting new crossover event from Activision.
After several leaks, Activision made it official with a teaser showing Leo, Donnie, Raph, and Mikey climbing out of a sewer manhole. This is the first time all four turtles will be included in the franchise since past crossovers only had Shredder in Modern Warfare 2. This time, it’s the full gang.
Activision hasn’t confirmed an exact release date yet, but the crossover will most likely roll out with the midseason update in the Season 2 Reloaded patch. The update’s coming in late February 2025, bringing some new content to Black Ops 6 and Warzone. Rumor has it that Season 2 Reloaded is also bringing in TMNT-style ninja weapons, with each turtle packing its classic gear:
- Leonardo will brandish his famous twin katanas.
- Raphael will bring his classic pair of sais.
- Donatello will use his trusty bō staff.
- Michelangelo will be swinging his nunchaku.
Plus, rumors are swirling that Michelangelo might throw a skateboard into the mix. These weapons and gear will likely be available through special challenges or by purchasing them in the event shop. Though game mode specifics haven’t been revealed, there are clear indications the crossover will include TMNT-themed modes.
Activision also hinted at event challenges, where players can earn exclusive rewards like skins, weapons, or TMNT-themed emblems. If these challenges are legit, it’s probably a limited-time thing, so players will have to hurry up and grab as much as they can.
