The Call of Duty Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover has already caught the attention of fans dropping into Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 on a regular basis. Activision's shooter franchise is no stranger to joining forces with stars of the silver screen and TV series. We've already seen John McClane and John Rambo drop into the action in addition to a collaboration with the immensely popular Attack on Titan anime.
As the current cycle heads towards the Season Two Reloaded update, multiplayer and the battle royale will receive some additional visitors and other changes to reflect the new arrivals.

When is the Call of Duty TNMT crossover?
According to a short teaser on Call of Duty's Twitter account, the TNMT crossover commences on March 21 with the arrival of Shredder. The main antagonist of Michelangelo, Donatello, Raphael, and Leonardo is expected to arrive as a store bundle.
As always, dates are subject to change and if there are any delays, we'll update the guide with everything you need to know.
Call of Duty TNMT crossover news
Aside from a 15-second teaser on Call of Duty's Twitter account, very little is known about the TNMT crossover and what it could include. Based on previous crossovers, there's every chance Shredder could arrive as an AI combatant similar to how Krampus arrived back on Caldera. We're hoping that Shredder is a skin rather than another AI opponent to deal with.
What we want to see in the Call of Duty TNMT crossover
The arrival of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles opens the door for a wealth of possibilities in Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2. Here are just a few things we would love to see once the event gets underway.
Another limited-time event
More opportunities to earn exclusive items add a breath of fresh air to the Call of Duty franchise. With the Path of the Ronin event seemingly done and dusted, an event containing a range of turtle-themed items would work well during the crossover period.
Whether it's blueprints, weapon charms, or Operator skins, there are limitless options when it comes to creating some unique rewards for players that complete objectives.
Warzone 2 map changes
Sometimes, a limited-time event (LTE) could include slight adjustments to the current layouts of Al Mazrah and Ashika Island. Perhaps an underground base packed with high-tier loot and plenty of TNMT Easter Eggs will show up. We'll have to wait and see.
Caldera saw the arrival of a dinosaur skeleton when Godzilla arrived, what could possibly happen when the turtles are in town?
TNMT skins
In addition to Shredder as an Operator skin, adding all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles into the store with their very own bundles is a surefire money-maker for Activision. Never one to shy away from cashing in, we'd love to see Donatello running around with Captain Price and Ghost in the heat of battle.
