Horror fans have been captivated by Phasmophobia since launching last year. Still in early access, developers Kinetic Games have slowly rolled out new content, including changes to the crucifix, more ghouls, and a Nightmare Mode for Halloween.

Now, it looks like Kinetic are planning a new update in time for Christmas, due to go live within the next month. If you're looking to see what's changed, here's everything we know.

Kinetic Games has confirmed that Phasmophobia's getting a Christmas update. As spotted on their Trello board, this has been listed as a "minor update," so we're not expecting huge additions/

Phasmophobia Christmas Update - Release Date

According to the developer's Trello board, Phasmophobia's Christmas update will likely launch in the next few weeks. We don't have a specific release date yet, but given that they've currently called it a "Christmas [REDACTED] Update," we can't imagine it'll be long.

Phasmophobia Christmas Update - New Features

So far, details are slim on what features will be added in Phasmophobia's Christmas update. Most of the Trello page redacts this, but it does confirm three things. New questions will be added for the Ouija board, alongside a Tortured Voodoo Doll and Summoning Circle. As for how these play out, we don't yet know, but we'll keep this updated once we do.
