1) New Hardware, Better Graphics

Thanks to the latest hardware of the consoles, COD 2020 is likely to be one of the best-looking and the smoothest instalment of the franchise to date.

2) Super-fast Installations

One of the main problems with recent Call of Duty titles is the length of time it takes for an update to copy onto the console.

3) Potential for VR?

With both PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles boasting some serious graphical power, there are several different avenues that Call of Duty can venture down in terms of providing new experiences for the community.

If Treyarch wanted to try something different for CoD 2020, the idea of Call of Duty in virtual reality could provide a brand-new experience for players.

Being able to play the campaign in VR could be an incredible and unique experience and it would allow players to play Call of Duty in a way that has never been done before.

Perhaps multiplayer could support VR? We will have to wait and see!
