Format

The tournament will feature Blast’s signature and often criticised format with the group stage being comprised of every team playing each other in a best of one match.

However, Moscow will continue to use the format change used in Los Angeles by featuring best of three semi-finals series.

Additionally, the event, much like in Blast Pro Series Madrid, will feature a best of three play-in match between Forze and Avangar. This match acts a resolution to the regional qualifier for CIS teams.

The event will be significant in deciding which teams will attend the Blast Pro Series: Global Final at the end of the year. An event teams can attend by achieving good results at Blast tournaments.
