CyberConnect2 has been responsible for some of the biggest anime games we’ve seen yet. Between Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, and the recently released Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - The Hinokami Chronicles, they've kept busy.

CyberConnect 2's Announcing a New Game That'll "Shake The World" Next Month
During Piro's Live! New Year’s Eve Special stream, Matsuyama stated that CyberConnect 2’s next game would “get people talking” and promised that this announcement would “shake the world,” though no clues were given about what kind of game it would be.
While most fans know CyberConnect 2 for their anime games like Naruto, they've also worked on the popular .hack games and previously announced plans for the series’ 20th anniversary, though it’s unrelated to the big announcement.
It’s not yet known when in February we'll hear more about the newgame, but stay tuned as we wait for more information regarding this project. Fans can currently pick up Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - The Hinokami Chronicles, which recently received free DLC that added playable demons, on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.
