You'll obtain a lead early on in Deathloop, pointing you towards a secret meeting spot frequented by Fia and Charlie. It's a good opportunity to take down two Visionaries at once, so you'll need to Search the Fristad Shore to get to them as soon as possible. Here's where to look, and what to do once you are there.

Deathloop: Search the Fristad Shore For Charlie and Fia's Meeting Spot
To find Charlie and Fia's meeting place, head to Fristad Rock in the afternoon. Take the exit out of the tunnels on the right. You'll come across a big colourful neon screen. Get up behind it, making your way down to Fia's art studio. This is the main entrance.
Look for the crashed seaplane by the shore. You can use the frozen ice to hop around right and behind the main entrance. You'll find the bunker shown in the image below:
Head inside and you'll find a complicated machine that is required to unlock a nearby door. Head here for a full walkthrough on doing so. This will eventually allow you to start and complete the Afternoon Delight quest. You can take out two Visionaries at once, one step closer to breaking the loop.
