Destiny 2 Cheat Seller Shut Down By Bungie
The cheat in question offers enemy tracking through walls, radar, and an aimbot.
Essentially, it's not something you'd look to try out unless you wanted to ruin other people's good times.
On the product page, the following message can be found:
“A claim has been made by Bungie, Inc. (“Bungie”) suggesting that this product violates the game’s license agreement.”
“Furthermore, a demand was made that we cease and desist from selling this product. We won’t comment on whether these claims are justified or not, but have decided to comply with this demand regardless. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused to our customers.”
This is a big deal because it essentially stops players going Flawless in Trials of Osiris by less ethical means, and therefore not getting the best gear.
That mode's return after a lengthy hiatus coincided with a 50% increase in cheating.
While this is undoubtedly good news (and the Destiny community seems very pleased), the fight isn't over.
Unfortunately, PerfectAim still supports the likes of Apex Legends, SMITE, and Escape from Tarkov among others.
