Ever since the introduction of crafting in Destiny 2 with The Witch Queen, we've seen some amazing weapons become part of the meta for PvP and PvE, and exotics like the Revision Zero Pulse Rifle which are a must-have.
The Revision Zero was introduced with the Operation Seraph's Shield exotic mission in Season of the Seraph (Season 19), with players having to tackle it weekly as more and more catalysts unlocked.

Similar to the Osteo Striga exotic SMG (which we believe is one of the best exotics weapons in Destiny 2 at the moment), Revision Zero is one of the few craftable exotic weapons, with the class-specific Glaives being the other three.
So, how do you get the Revision Zero now and what's the God Roll you should be chasing? Let's find out.
How to get Revision Zero in Destiny 2
Whether you were taking a break or jumped onto the Destiny 2 bandwagon with Lightfall, sadly, there is no way to get the Revision Zero Pulse Rifle at the time of writing.
That's right, the weapon is not available at the kiosk and certainly won't drop as part of the random world loot pool. Not all hope is lost, however, as Revision Zero will be making a return alongside Operation Seraph's Shield exotic mission.
When will Revision Zero be available again?
Don't expect it to be anytime soon, as Bungie stated in a February blog post that a system which they're calling the Exotic Mission Rotator will debut with the release of Season 22.
Considering Season 21, officially known as Season of the Deep, will start on May 23rd, and taking into consideration that Destiny 2 seasons usually last around three months, expect Season 22 and Revision Zero to be available until mid to late August, at the earliest.
Once that date rolls around, we'll be sure to update this article accordingly. One thing we can show you is the God Roll you should be chasing.
Revision Zero God Roll
For Revision Zero, there are plenty of amazing perk combinations that synergize perfectly with the gun's exotic perk.
Obviously you want to hunt down all catalysts as each gives the weapon a huge stat boost, with the final one, Hunter's Trace IV, giving massive bumps to range (+20), Handling (+10), Recoil (+20), and even reload speed (+5).
Once you get the catalyst, our recommendation is to add the 4-Time Refit. It works like the Fourth Time's The Charm perk, with precision hits refilling the magazine.
Now, it works wonderfully with Revision Zero due to its alternate fire, Hunter's Trace, benefitting from it. Essentially, once you hit multiple precision shots with the regular version of the weapon (whether the two-burst or four-burst version) without dying, the Hunter's Trace will charge. Up to four powerful almost Sniper Rifle-like shots can be fired in this mode.
You can see where we're going with this: yes, the 4-Time Refit does load two extra Hunter's Trace bullets if they're all precision shots!
With that said, here is the list of perks we believe are best to make the Revision Zero God Roll:
- Column 1: Fluted Barrel
- Column 2: Ricochet Rounds, High Caliber Rounds
- Column 3: Vorpal Weapon, Moving Target
- Column 4: Composite Stock
- Catalyst: 4-Timer Refit
