If you've been following the recent Destiny 2 discourse you're aware that the game is in a tumultuous spot at the moment, with the player base feeling taken advantage of thanks to the feeling overly monetised and a developer that continues to deliver the bare minimum of content for a looter-shooter.
Despite Season of the Deep bringing a new dungeon, Ghosts of the Deep, things aren't looking too bright for the immediate future of Destiny 2, which is why The Final Shape showcase needs to knock it out of the park.

According to DestinyBulletin, there will be Twitch Drops enabled with the upcoming The Final Shape showcase scheduled to happen on 22 August, the same day Season of the Deep ends and a new, yet-to-be-named season, starts.

How to link Twitch and Bungie accounts
- Login to your Bungie.net account.
- Once logged in, navigate to the "Account Settings" page, and then on the left side of your screen, select "Account Linking".
- On the Account Linking page in your Bungie.net settings, select "Link Account" to the right in the Twitch section.
- After you click "Link Account", a pop-up window should appear (be sure to allow pop-ups for Bungie.net). Simply confirm you're logged into the correct Twitch account and then select "Authorise."
If you want to collect your rewards, you'll have to confirm you got them via Twitch. Once you've done this, the emblem should appear in-game by going to Flair, selecting Emblems, and scrolling through the general section.
