Warlord's Ruin dungeon - Release date
If you don't want to miss out on playing Warlord's Ruin as soon as it drops, then be ready for it this Friday, 1 December, at 9 AM PT/12 PM ET after the daily reset. Ensure that you update the game beforehand to avoid any inconvenience.
The game is bound to be hit by some known connection errors like WEASEL, so don't fret if you can't jump into Destiny 2 right away.
How to access the Warlord's Ruin dungeon
Good question. Previously, you only needed to own the season pass for whichever one was active when a dungeon dropped. Now, you'll have to fork out extra money to purchase a dungeon key.
The Lightfall dungeon key costs 2,000 Silver, or roughly $20 depending on your region. It grants access to Warlord's Ruin but also to Ghosts of the Deep, a previous dungeon released during Season of the Deep (Season 21).
Warlord's Ruin dungeon rewards
We know you're eager to find out what exactly will drop from the dungeon. Sadly, we don't exactly know at the time of writing.
One thing we recommend is that you bookmark this article and update it as soon as the dungeon drops, as we'll be linking to a dedicated loot pool guide for your convenience. Expect an assortment of Legendary weapons, gear, and of course, an exotic weapon to come from this activity.
And that's it! Will you be grinding the dungeon for yourself or are you excited to see which team of players can get it done first? In any case, you should swing by our best PvE guns in Destiny 2 guide to see which weapons are best for the job.
