Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl: Spongebob Squarepants Movelist

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl publishers Gamemill Entertainment has released a new video featuring a video breakdown of the movelist of Spongebob Squarepants. Unlike their Twitter movelist posts, the developers also went into detail about how Spongebob's moves work and its basic application in fights. Here's what they've shown about this character's moves.

Spongebob Squarepants Movelist

As seen on the Spongebob Squarepants showcase video, the developers made another run down for the movelist of the happy-go-lucky fry cook of Bikini Bottom. Each of Spongebob's moves were introduced and given a good situation to use them.

Lastly, the developers also featured a match using Spongebob successfully and showing what the win screen looks like for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl.

The Best For Beginners?

Other than just showcasing Spongebob's moves, the developers also explained that this character is great for beginners. Looking at Spongebob's moves, this sea sponge doesn't have much variance to his moves for his grounded and aerial attack. Spongebob's moves doesn't require much for its players to remember his moves which make him a great beginner pick.

For players who just started to play fighting games and don't want to drown in complex controls, Spongebob Squarepants is a good pick for you.

Who's Next

As of now, this gameplay showcase is the first of its kind from the developers. Potentially, the developers could also follow the same pattern as the moveset reveals. So far, the developers introduced all of the other Spongebob Squarepants characters first before moving to Michelangelo from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

We'll have to wait for more reveals to know which character will have their moveset explained by the devs.
