Developed by Blizzard Entertainment, Diablo 4 has what is officially called "The Journal," which is tucked away within the game's several menus. You'll have to look for the journal to track your available quests. You can also accept new quests through the journal as they appear on your map.
In terms of tracking completed quests in Diablo 4, there is currently no quest completion tracking system in the game yet.
When you complete a quest in Diablo 4, they disappear from your journal. So, you'd have to manually track them on your own for now. Moreover, you'll often get priority quests which are important in progressing the story and helping you level up faster. You'll be able to see all your quests on your map by bringing up the journal menu by pressing the left on the D-pad. Similarly, you can also view your campaign progress and available missions which are divided into main quests, priority quests, and side quests.
In terms of achievements though, there is a dedicated tab on your interface that shows the achievements you've already accomplished in Diablo 4. But do take note that checking this particular tab can give you major spoilers on the game. If you can, it's better to steer clear from this tab when you're playing.
