DMZ Season Two changes

Alongside the new map, new weapons could spice up existing the meta with new way to obtain them. The Chemist could have further weapons in their arsenal. We'll have to wait and see what's in store.
Why does DMZ have server wipes?
The decision to add server wipes to DMZ bas split the opinions of players dropping into Al Mazrah. On one hand, the addition encourages players to grind for more content rather than hanging on to existing items but on the other, all of the hard-earned items will disappear to the annoyance of those that have spent several hours working through the missions.
Judging by the recent reversals to Warzone 2, there's always a chance server wipes are a thing of the past if Infinity Ward acknowledges player feedback.
