A long wait of ten years is about to end soon for 4x genre lovers, as Amplitude Studios, the indie developer of Endless Legend, has confirmed Endless Legend 2 is on its way.

Endless Legend 2: A fresh take on the plot
Endless Legend 2 will take players to Saiadha, a mysterious oceanic world that once belonged to a powerful ancient empire.
Interestingly, the planet will have ever-changing seasons and dramatic tidefalls that significantly alter the landscape. For example, areas might become accessible or cut off depending on water levels during high tides.
The core gameplay retains what made this series a hit: a focus on deep strategy, factions, and a strong narrative-driven approach. You can choose which faction you want to lead.
Although Endless Legends 2 will have plenty of new factions, there will also be some familiar factions from the first game, like the Broken Lords and Necrophages.
As the faction leader, players will have to explore this planet and uncover the secrets of the Saiadha while facing difficult terrain and ancient threats.
Endless Legend 2: Early Access details
Currently, Endless Legend 2 is on the wishlist on the Steam page. Initially, the game will be launched for only a few users as an early access version, expected to launch in early 2025, though a precise date has yet to be announced.
Now, if you are wondering, is there a way you can play the game early? Then, you can try your luck in the Amplitude Studios Insiders program. Yes, it is opening again. Via this program, a select group of gamers will test the game in beta before its public release.
Starting January 30, 2025, interested players can apply to join the Insider Program by filling out a survey form on Amplitude Studios' official website.
Due to the selective nature of the program, not all applicants may be chosen, and the selected ones will be notified via mail.
