How do I grab in Fall Guys?

For a game as simple in premise as Fall Guys, you'll be glad to learn that grabbing is equally straightforward. Simply press the right trigger on your input of choice: be it R2 on PlayStation, RT on Xbox, or ZR on Nintendo Switch.

You'll need to use the grab button when near an enemy, and ensure that the opponent is entirely within your grasp. If you're within the parameters, then your bean will latch onto anybody within your vicinity. After that, you can move your opponent in the direction of your choosing, at least to an extent.

Of course, there's more to grabbing in Fall Guys than just holding back opponents. Some levels require you to hold onto items, such as in Egg Scramble, and you'll need to master your skills to progress. Equally, it's key to climbing, as you need to grab hold of a ledge before you can pull yourself up.

Nonetheless, you'll probably grab in Fall Guys most to mess with your rivals. There's nothing quite as entertaining as holding back a fleeing player, chucking them off to elimination. Just remember that throwing them off of the stage presents the risk of falling yourself – but we guess that's why it's called Fall Guys.

That's it for our look at how to grab in Fall Guys! While you're here, feel free to also see how to fix the Fall Guys server status error glitch. It can be an annoying one.
