It's time to prepare for another week of the Fantasy Premier League season.
It's important to note that this week the action will start on Saturday!
Gameweek 20 was a big double gameweek for a number of teams, meaning managers only averaged 74 points.
If you're in need of a scout for the seventeenth gameweek, look no further than our guide here.
Here are our FPL 2020/21 gameweek 20 tips.

Gameweek 21 Fixture Difficulty
With Gameweek 21 kicking off on Saturday and running into Sunday.
Using a fixture difficulty tracker, we can see how difficult a team's fixture list is. Ideally, you should be working at a minimum of one game week ahead, ideally two.
Let's take a look at the top 5 teams going into the next three gameweeks.
- Leicester: Leeds (H), Fulham (A), Wolves (A)
- Chelsea: Burnley (H), Spurs (A), Sheffield United (A)
- Spurs: Brighton (A), Chelsea (H), West Brom (A)
- West Brom: Fulham (H), Sheffield United (A), Spurs (A)
- Aston Villa: Southampton (A), West Ham (H), Arsenal (H)
Given this next gameweek and the upcoming fixtures. investing in Leicester players is a great shout - James Maddison and Harvey Barnes are good choices.
Despite a clash against each other, Spurs and Chelsea are also solid choices.
Who To Pick In FPL Gameweek 21?
Raheem Sterling (11.5 million)
With City set to face West Brom, as well as the squad in fine form, expect goals to rain down.
City should be bagging some goals and Sterling is likely to be the catalyst to get it done.

Riyad Mahrez (8.1 million)
Not sure about Sterling or lacking the funds?
Mahrez is a great alternative, having scored and assisted in the last game.
James Maddison (7.2 million)
James Maddison has been in incredible form, scoring in three out of his last four games.
With Vardy out of action until early February, there are only so many players that will bag the goals.
Heung-Min Son (9.8 million)
With Kane out of the picture, temporarily, Son is more likely to me the focal point of Spurs attack.
With them facing off against Brighton, it's time to pick him up.
Kai Havertz (8.2 million)
Despite having no real reason to warrant a selection, with Tuschel now in the picture, you can expect Kai to start more regularly.
A home game against Burnley is what the German needs to spark himself back into form.
Who Else?
While I don't want to highlight the same players every week, there are some that you should already have in your squad and will likely provide good options this coming week.
If none of the above players take your fancy, why not try these:
- Aaron Cresswell
- Gabriel Jesus
- Timo Werner
- Alexander Lacazette
- Ederson
- Ruben Dias
- Joao Cancelo
- Harvey Barnes
- Gareth Bale
- Ben Chilwell
Who To Avoid In Gameweek 21?
Bruno Fernandes (11.4 million)
I think Bruno is a miss for this week for three reasons.
United's loss earlier in the week will no doubt have knocked their confidence, but I also think there are players with better fixtures.
Not to mention that Arsenal are really in a groove and have momentum on their side.
Mason Mount (6.8 million)
I'm a big fan of the midfielder, but his spot in the side isn't guaranteed with Tuschel at the helm.
While I'm sure he will return to the starting lineup, I think he will be playing a much deeper role and have less goal time.
Patrick Bamford (6.7 million)
Leeds have got a tough fixture ahead and Bamford's yet to score in the past four games.
Aaron Cresswell (5.4 million)
I don't think West Ham will keep a clean sheet and I don't think you should be hoping much from Cresswell this week.
Wilfried Zaha (7.2 million)
Zaha's had a good season but has been inconsistent in the past few weeks.
I think Wolves will make life difficult for Crystal Palace so it's worth avoiding him this week.
Who To Captain In Gameweek 21?
There are some tough fixtures and it's hard to pick out many candidates.
Here are some of my favourite candidates for captaincy this week:
- Raheem Sterling
- Riyad Mahrez
- James Maddison
- Heung-Min Son
- Gareth Bale
- Joao Cancelo
- Ben Chilwell
- Harvey Barnes
- Alexander Lacazette
- Timo Werner
