Alisson Becker - 96 OVR

With a TOTY item already this year, and 12 clean sheets in the Premier League this season, Alisson has to be the favourite for the PL TOTS starting goalkeeper position.

Virgil Van Dijk - 98 OVR

Arguably the best central defender in the world currently, Van Dijk has been the best defender in the league this season without a doubt, and is guaranteed a TOTS card.

Çaglar Söyüncü - 90 OVR

The 23-year-old has been one of Leicester’s stand out performers this season, playing in all but 1 of their successful season, keeping 9 clean sheets throughout the season.

Trent Alexander-Arnold - 94 OVR

Once again, Trent has broken the record for assists for a defender, a record that he set last season - he is a certainty for a TOTS item.

Andrew Robertson - 93 OVR

While not as prolific as his opposite full-back, Robbo has still delivered 7 assists in the Premier League this season, and should be in at the starting LB position.

Jordan Henderson - 93 OVR

The Liverpool captain has been the main man in their midfield this season, adding goals and assists to his repertoire. A solid season secures him a spot in our Team of the Season.

Wilfred Ndidi - 93 OVR

Ndidi has been in my opinion the best pure defensive midfielder in the league this season, and is ranked well inside the top 10 performers of the season by WhoScored.

Kevin De Bruyne - 98 OVR

What can we say about KDB? While Manchester City has been poor defensively, he’s had another remarkable season, amassing 8 goals and 16 assists so far in the league; along with 7 MOTM awards. He's currently WhoScored’s highest-rated player this season with a 7.92 average rating.

Sadio Mane - 97 OVR

With an attacking TOTY spot already under his belt this season, the Senegal winger has once again been vital for Liverpool, claiming 7 MOTM awards along with over 20 goal contributions so far.

Mohamed Salah - 98 OVR

Once again, Salah has been irreplaceable for Liverpool this season, netting 16 goals and 6 assists in the league, and should be set for one of the highest-rated items in this TOTS squad.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang - 96 OVR

Joint top scorer this season so far, with 17 goals, Aubameyang should certainly be in the running for a spot in Team of the Season, despite strong competition from tonnes of other forwards.

Kasper Schmeichel - 93 OVR

The 2nd goalkeeper to make the TOTS squad is Leicester’s Schmeichel. With 79 saves to his name in the league and 9 clean sheets, he should make the squad.

Ricardo Pereira - 94 OVR

Ranked as the 4th highest performing player of the season by WhoScored, Pereira should, without doubt, be the 2nd RB to feature in the Premier League TOTS.

James Maddison - 93 OVR

The Foxes’ maestro has been one of their headline performers this season, with 6 goals, 3 assists and 4 MOTM performances so far. With the 3rd most key passes, only behind Trent and De Bruyne, there’s no doubt that he’ll be included.

Riyad Mahrez - 95 OVR

Despite not being the most consistent starter for City, with just 15 starts, Mahrez has been on fine form, contributing to 15 goals this season, more than enough for a TOTS item.

Raheem Sterling - 96 OVR

Despite having patches of poor form this season, Sterling has still been one of City’s main men, grabbing 11 goals this season. Whether he makes the squad over Heung-Min Son, we shall see.

Roberto Firmino - 95 OVR

While there may have been higher scoring attackers this season, Firmino’s importance in that Liverpool team cannot be underestimated, with 8 goals and 7 assists to his name.

Sergio Aguero - 97 OVR

Despite missing 7 games through injury throughout the November-December period, Aguero is still well in the running to be this season’s leading goalscorer. With that sort of return, in fewer games than most, he has to be considered for a TOTS card.

Jamie Vardy - 94 OVR

The joint leading goalscorer this season with 17 goals, fantastic Mr Fox is well on the way to receiving yet another TOTS item.

Jack Grealish - 92 OVR

What a season the 24-year-old has had for Aston Villa. 7 goals and 6 assists are the highest in both categories for Villa, making him currently ranked as the 8th best player this season by WhoScored.

Marcus Rashford - 93 OVR

14 goals this season for the 22-year-old, who’s flourishing it would seem as Manchester United’s main man number 10.

Adama Traore - 92 OVR

The Wolves beast has been an exciting player to watch this season, with 140 successful dribbles completed, the most out of anyone in the league. What a TOTS card this will be!

Raul Jimenez - 93 OVR

The Wolves goalscorer has been on fire this season, contributing 13 goals and 6 assists this season, keeping Wolves in contention for Champions League football.

Potential SBC & Objective TOTS Players

These are players that may not feature in the 23 man squad released into packs, but could easily feature as additional SBCs and Season Objective players, having still had Team of the Season worthy campaigns.

  • Lucas Digne - 92 OVR
  • Gabriel Jesus - 92 OVR
  • Martin Dubravka - 91 OVR
  • Tammy Abraham - 91 OVR
  • Danny Ings - 88 OVR
