It's been a long two weeks since EA last released a major promo, but that could come to an end this Friday.
The annual FUT Birthday celebrations are expected to begin a week later than first expected, with a host of top-tier content on the way.
We're expecting some big names in and amongst the mix. Here are our FUT Birthday Team 1 predictions.
Release Date
We expect to see Team 1 of the FUT Birthday celebrations land at 6pm GMT on Friday, March 26.
The first squad of FUT Birthday players will remain in packs for one week before Squad 2 takes centre stage on Friday, April 2.
Predictions
FUT Birthday has been known for it's extravegant position changes and ratings boosts over the years.
Who can forget the 5* skills that Burnley keeper Nick Pope possessed on FUT 20!
Whether it be defenders playing up front of weak foot/skill moves boosts, EA are sure to have some party tricks up their sleeves this year.
Cristiano Ronaldo (96 OVR)
Every good promotion needs a leader, and we're hoping that Cristiano Ronaldo will be the very man.
The Juventus forward has had plenty of TOTW appearances, but is yet to feature in a non-performance based promotion.
Ederson (92 OVR)
Manchester City stopper Ederson is undoutedbly the best ball playing goalkeeper in Europe.
Therefore, we are hoping EA take note and finally hand Ederson that long overdue 5* weak foot!
Ferland Mendy (88 OVR)
We're yet to see a special version of the fan favourite in this years Ultimate Team.
The Frenchman is used heavily in FIFA 21, and this card would make him end game for those elite squads.
Renato Sanches (87 OVR)
Renato Sanches is one of the most overpowered central midfielders in FIFA 21.
A FUT Birthday appearance would go down a treat with the FIFA community, with this 87-rated card likely to trade for in excess of 1,000,000 coins.
Ryan Gravenberch (86 OVR)
Many had hoped that Ryan Gravenberch would make a Future Stars appearance, but it never materialised.
Could EA be holidng their cards close to their chest and holding the Dutch midfielder back for a FUT Birthday appearance? We certainly hope so!
SBCs
Last year saw the likes of Malang Sarr, Mesut Ozil and Nick Pope appear in the FUT Birthday SBC market.
Here's who we're hoping for this year.
Luka Modric (92 OVR)
EA have brought a host of top tier Flashback cards to FIFA 21, including Toni Kroos, Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery.
We're hoping for EA to combine Flashback and FUT Birthday by bringing an old school version of Modric to the forefront.
Objectives
EA brought four Objectives players to Ultimate Team during the FUT Birthday promo, and we're expecting more of the same this year.
Jesse Lingard (87 OVR)
We feel a FUT Birthday Jesse Lingard would go down a treat with FIFA fans, with the Englishman a big fan favourite IRL.
We don't expect to see a huge player in terms of ratings, so an 87-rated J-Lingz would fit perfectly.
