FIFA 21 is coming, and last week's EA Play made a big point of confirming the football sim will be making its way to Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5.
Unfortunately, PC fans will be getting something of a raw deal.

The PC version of FIFA 21 will be the same as the PS4 and Xbox One console versions, meaning any next-gen features won't be found.
That means regardless of how beefy your PC rig is, you'll be limited to current-gen animations and updates. We're sure it'll still look great, but it'll undoubtedly disappoint those looking to play the new game in the best way possible.
If you buy the current-gen version, you can upgrade to PS5 and Xbox Series X versions as they become available, but there's no such option for PC gamers.
