Solution Tips
The requirements are really generous, as you only need 50 chemistry.
Chuck a bunch of high-rated goalkeepers in there - the Bundesliga has a number of 83+ rated goalkeepers (such as Trapp, Gulacsi, Burki) and some cost-effective defenders to link them up with.
You should be able to grab an 82 rated in-form for about 12,000 coins.
To get the required team rating, you'll need the following players (or equivalent):
- 1 x 85 rated player
- 6 x 84 rated players
- 3 x 83 rated players
- 1 x 82 rated player

Review
These party bags can be terrible and spit out some awful cards (and there are a lot of stinkers in there).
But, for only 60,000 coins (probably less if you have some good untradables) it's a great opportunity to profit and add a real weapon to your squad.
