The Fine Arts for Warthogs Quest is related to Pumbaa trying to discover new hobbies. Before diving deep though, it’s vital to understand that you must have reached Friendship Level 4 with the Warthog. Also, you need to have befriended Simba and Nala to complete all the quests efficiently.
Unlike other quests, you won’t need many Disney characters here. The noteworthy ones include Minnie Mouse, Simba, Nala, Timon, and the Warthog Pumbaa.
Fine Arts for Warthogs Quest
As mentioned, Pumbaa wants to find a new hobby and explore his creative side. Upon having a conversation with the Warthog, you’ll find that he wants to try out Pottery—and wants you to host a class.
The next step here is to ask Rapunzel or Minnie Mouse about Pottery and the materials required for it. According to them, you’ll need Pottery Wheels.
For this Quest, you’re required to create 4 Pottery Wheels. And since these are craftable items, you must have access to the following resources:
- x8 Clay
- x8 Hardwood
- x2 Tinkering Parts
- x7 Red Bell Flowers
- x5 White Marsh Milkweed
Clay can be acquired in multiple ways. You can dig it at multiple localities, including Forgotten Lands, Sunlit Plateau, and the Glade of Trust, or you can purchase it through Kristoff’s Stall. Hardwood is also acquired through the same modes and the same locations. Additionally, you can also forage it from Frosted Heights.
Tinkering Parts are craftable items, requiring Iron Ingots. Red Bell Flowers are acquired from the Forest of Valor, while the last resource, the White Marsh Milkweed, is acquired from the Glade of Trust.
Now that you have all the necessary materials, craft 4 Pottery Wheels and show them to Pumbaa.
Rapunzel comes with “A Rift In Time” DLC. So if you don’t have it, talk to Minnie Mouse instead.
Invite Pumbaa’s Friends to a Pottery Party
After lending the Pottery Wheels to Pumbaa, he’ll ask you to invite his friends because he values their participation.
The friends you’ll need to invite are Timon, Simba, and Nala. Each of them agrees though Timon requires a little more convincing. Now, head towards Pride Rock, otherwise known as Simba and Nala’s home to begin the Pottery Party.
Each of Pumbaa’s friends showcases their amazing pottery skills, and Pumbaa wants to display them. This will kickstart your next objective.
Trade Display Items with Scrooge McDuck
To display the pottery material, you’ll need to talk to Scrooge McDuck. He’ll agree to help you out but requires certain resources in exchange. After bringing those to him, he’ll grant you the display items.
Here’s what you need:
- x3 Citrine
- x1 Orange
- x4 Emeralds
- x3 White Bell Flowers
- x1 Red Marsh Milkweed
- x3 White and Red Hydrangeas
After finding the materials, exchange them with Scrooge for 4 Display Pillars.
Display Timon, Simba, and Nala’s Craft-Work
The Display Pillars can be put up anywhere in the Valley. Once done, invite Pumbaa to see his friends’ pieces. Pumbaa’s reaction to their work will complete the Quest.
