  • PC gamers have been enjoying the raid boss for a while now
  • Xbox players are consistently behind the PC version

The first Palworld raid boss is now available for console players on Xbox One and Xbox Series machines. After being available on PC for almost a week, Xbox players can now join in and fight against the powerful Bellanoire.

In an announcement on Twitter, Palworld developer PocketPair told fans that they can now experience the Bellanoire raid boss on Xbox consoles and via Xbox Cloud Gaming. For those who own the game, or who have an active Game Pass subscription, the new Palworld update is available.

Bellanoire is a powerful level 30 Raid Boss that you can take on alone or with a friend. After summoning the new raid boss by using slabs on the summoning altar, you’ll be able to engage in a frantic fight against the new Pal. Once you learn how to defeat Bellanoire, you’ll be able to get a variety of rewards including the potential of a huge dark egg drop.

Alongside the arrival of the first Palworld raid boss, a host of new items have also been added to the game. New items include training manuals to gift experience to Pals, stat boosting power fruit, life fruit and more, a new electric egg incubator to control temperature and others.

After launching in early access to unparalleled popularity, Palworld smashed past seven million sales in a few days. That’s without a Palworld Switch or Palworld PlayStation port, although the latter is currently in talks at Sony.

While Palworld player counts have drastically dropped from its launch period hype, the Pokémon clone is still popular. With the arrival of the first raid boss, the game’s player count has rapidly spiked back up.

Palworld is still in early access at the time of writing with a full release still years away. While it’s a great game right now, as we said in our Palworld review, it should get even better as more content arrives in the future.

Palworld is available right now on PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series.
