Looking to dominate your next foam party session as the real icon of the game? This Foamstars Mel T guide will definitely be of great help while you try to control your foam waves and drown your enemies.
Foamstars is the newest party game developed by Square Enix, basically a classic third person shooter in the vein of Nintendo' Splatoon, where players attack each other with foam as they slip and slide across the arena.
Before we jump into our Foamstars Mel T guide, you might also be interested in taking a closer look at the team-based shooter by reading up on mission mode and checking all of its classic game modes.
Mel T tips and abilities
Mel T is the poster girl for Foamstars, and also probably the best character you might choose. She is great at long-range damaging enemies, as we will make clear in a moment. All these great abilities might be also why she is locked behind the Premium Season pass.
Her main weapon is nothing less than a serious rocket launcher, which even has homing ability. Fire up and leave them to do their job while they track down enemies all over the map and deal damage to whoever they get.
Let's look at Mel's abilities:
- Sweet Campaign: this ability will summon the minion, Candy, who will in turn churn out a truckload of sweet ice cream, which basically will do the same effect as foam.
- Sumptuous Promo: this will call a deluge of foam from the air, think of it much liek an airstrike. The great thing is that Mel T can do that from even far away, thus making sure she can be safe away while the damage to other opponents is happening.
- Force Beam Tasting: Mel's ultimate ability might definitely be the best in the game, at least for now. Basically, she will fire a huge beam, which hits all across the map, and will damage anyone who gets caught in it. Try to dodge that!
That’s all the info we have on Mel T’ skill set so far, but we’ll be sure to update this guide once we’ve spent more time on the game. For more on the soapy shooter, you can take a look at our Foamstars Penny Gwyn guide.
