Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 4: Week 2 Challenges Guide - How To Complete, All Rewards And More

Fortnite's Chapter 2 Season 4 has arrived and the new challenges have come with it.

Week 2 will bring a second set of tasks in the new Marvel theme.

Here are week 2's challenges.

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 4 Week 2 Challenges

Special thanks to @iFireMonkey for finding these:

  • Search 7 chests at Salty Springs (25,000 XP)
  • Get 3 eliminations at The Authority (25,000 XP)
  • Dance on top of 3 different Sentinel heads at the Sentinel Graveyard (25,000 XP)
  • Destroy 7 boats at Craggy Cliffs (25,000 XP)
  • <Dilbort Challenge 1> x4 (25,000 XP)
  • Ride a Motorboat under 3 different coloured steel bridges (25,000 XP)
  • Search 7 S.H.I.E.L.D. chests inside Quinjets (25,000 XP)
  • Deal damage to opponents at Catty Corner (25,000 XP)

There is an incredible amount of experience to unlock here, totalling 225,000XP if you complete every challenge.

This would get you a long way on your Battle Pass, helping to unlock new characters, emotes, and weapon skins.

What's more, completing a total of 10 challenges from Week 1 and 2 combined will unlock an alternate Jennifer Walters skin, so it's worth going out of your way to complete them.

How To Complete Week 2 Challenges

Here's a handy guide to our recommended way of completing these challenges.

Search 7 Chests at Salty Springs

This one is really easy - drop into Salty Springs and follow that glow-y noise to open up seven chests.

We'd recommend heading into the Team Rumble to fulfil this challenge, as you'll get respawned if you're eliminated.

3 eliminations at The Authority

Again, drop hot in Team Rumble to grab this challenge. If you can find a shotgun, scour the corridors for opponents.

Alternatively, grab a sniper rifle and use your height advantage to get some long-ranged eliminations.

Dance on top of 3 different Sentinel heads at the Sentinel Graveyard

This challenge is another one that's easiest to complete at the start of a game. Drop towards the Sentinel Graveyard and start dancing!

At this point, we don't know whether you'll need to dance on different heads or you can pop your emotes all in a row on the same head, but try different things out until you get a "Challenge complete" notification.

The benefit of doing this challenge early means that you can jump on one of the Sentinel's hands to launch yourself to a better spot on the map to start looting.

Destroy 7 boats at Craggy Cliffs

This challenge will probably need to be completed over multiple matches. Thankfully, a fair few boats spawn at Craggy Cliffs, so drop straight in and get harvesting.

As with all of these challenges, loads of players will be trying to complete them early in the week, so beware of opponents attracted to your loud bangs.

<Dilbort Challenge 1>

Arguably the most exciting challenge in Week 2, this mystery <Dilbort Challenge> is something to do with a mystery character.

Who is Dilbort? What is their challenge? We literally have no idea at this point, and if the dataminers do, they're not letting on.

Watch this space for information of the Dilbort Challenge.

Ride a Motorboat under 3 different coloured steel bridges

There's not a lot that's more fun than riding the numerous vehicles that populate the Fortnite map. With the brand new radios blaring great tunes, this challenge should be a ball to complete.

Jump in a boat before the Storm gets too small, and ride the rivers to go underneath as many bridges as possible.

Rocket some opponents, and enjoy your time on the waves.

Search 7 S.H.I.E.L.D. Chests inside Quinjets

You'll no doubt have noticed the Stark Quinjets landing across the map in Season 4. If you've completed the Week 1 Challenges, you'll have eliminated Stark Robots and dealt damage with the Stark Energy Rifles.

Watch for the blue smoke from the Battle Bus, and follow the jets that zoom past you. Four will land on the map each game, but you're only likely to get to one or two.

We recommend picking one furthest away from the flight path to deter opponents, and land nearby to grab a weapon before taking on the robots. Once they're defeated, open up the chest in the plane to start your challenge.

Alternatively, sneak inside to open the chest before the robots see you - but this will likely be much more difficult.

Deal 500 damage to opponents at Catty Corner

Catty Corner is a small POI in the southeast of the map, at the foot of the mountains. Drop here if the Battle Bus flies very close, otherwise you might find yourself alone and unable to deal any damage.

Grab a weapon asap and try to smoke some opponents and complete this challenge asap.
