The boss is called Highcard, and he is quite hard to beat. Also, he won’t be fighting you alone. So, we’ll discuss the best strategy to defeat this opponent and his minions.
All boss locations in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2
Season 2 adds some new locations to the Chapter 4 map, and you can find Mega City among them. This huge Japanese-themed cyberpunk city is going to be one of the boss spawn locations. All of the spawning locations are marked on the map below:
As you can see, there are three potential places where the boss can spawn. Mega City, Brutal Bastion, and Shattered Slubs are the Vault locations, and it’s reported that you can encounter Highcard near one of them. Usually, he spawns in the middle of the match, so keep an eye out once you get into the final 50 players.
How to beat Highcard in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2
Fortunately, Highcard is not a difficult boss. The only problematic part of this fight is his minions. He has two companions in white suits and they will follow him. So, you’ll have to follow a particular strategy to take out all of these enemies.
You just need a heavy sniper rifle and a good position from which you can shoot. You can either deal significant damage to the boss or kill one of his companions. After that, go to the cover and prepare for another shot. By the time the boss and his minions approach your position, you should be able to shoot one more time with your rifle.
Also, it seems like you can hit the boss with a sniper rifle and target only him. So, it’ll be much easier to defeat Highcard if his minions stay away. The boss rewards you with a mythic suppressed assault rifle upon defeat. Make sure that you found a good weapon and that there are no other players who will interfere to deal with the boss!
