- Sun Tan Specialist - he is in the beach southwest of Pleasant Plaza and northwest of Snooty Steppes Sun Tan
- Metal Mouth - he is around the graveyard, approximately north of Reckless railways.
- Hope - if you're hopeless, get it back in the hidden room in the railway tunnel, around Hazy Hillside
- Snow Striker Found at a small camp on a mountainside slope south of Grand Glacier.
- Vengeance Jones - he is inside a hidden room in the railway tunnel southeast of Pleasant plaza.
- Steelsight - he is on the roof of the house at Rebel’s Roost.
- Leelah - she is at Stormy Station, east of Hazy Hillside Holiday.
- Contract Giller Patrolling the docks northwest of Classy Courts
- Mecha Team Shadow - he will be waiting at the railway station, across the river from Pleasant Plaza.
- Holiday Boxy - she will be at the Ship It! Station, east of Pleasant Plaza.
- Starr Oakley - she will be south of the Fencing Fields.
- Dara - she is waiting in the house, near Fencing Fields, look on the other side of the river.
- Silas Hesk - Patrolling around the center of Ruined Reels.
- Solid Snake - At the small island, directly north of Lavish Lair, at the very top of the map.
- April O’Neil - At Rescue Station, northeast of Reckless Railways.
- Snowheart - she will be at the hut next to the water, look southeast of Reckless Railways and southwest of Grand Glacier.
- Master Splinter - the good ol' Master is, of course, the TMNT Lair, find him in the Underground HQ, southeast of Pleasant Plaza.
