Warner Bros delayed Hogwarts Legacy, the action RPG set in the Harry Potter universe, last year, and it looks like another delay is coming soon. But now, another movement took place about the game - with it being rumoured to have a 2023 release date.
Eurogamer reports that Colin Moriarty from the Sacred Symbols podcast believes the Warner Bros. team has encountered some issues that will push Hogwarts Legacy out even further.
“I’m hearing behind the scenes that game is not coming out this year, and that it’s in some sort of trouble.”

Rumour: Hogwarts Legacy Could Be Getting Delayed Again
Moriarty didn't elaborate further. Others, including Tom Henderson, have teased the opposite - that Hogwarts Legacy will make an appearance of some kind at an allegedly "big" PlayStation State of Play in February.
The game is set in Hogwarts during the 1800s. Its official description reads as:
“Hogwarts Legacy is an immersive, open-world action RPG set in the world first introduced in the Harry Potter books. Now you can take control of the action and be at the centre of your own adventure in the wizarding world. Embark on a journey through familiar and new locations as you explore and discover fantastic beasts, customise your character and craft potions.”
