How does character creation work in Hogwarts Legacy?
Hogwarts Legacy boasts a comprehensive character creation system. We know this thanks to a new gameplay trailer, which showed off the customisation mechanic. Since it has just launched, it may change just after release and in further updates. Below, we have collected everything we know about character customisation.
Presets
Presets is the first menu you will enter while creating a character in Hogwarts Legacy. As was shown in the trailer, there are over 30 exciting presets for males and females. Also, in this menu, you can choose from caucasoid, negroid, and other races.
Facewear
Facewear is the first menu you will enter if you create a character yourself. You can choose from various face shapes and choose skin colours in the facewear menu. Also, this menu allows you to put glasses on your character. The only disadvantage is that there are only three glasses to choose from so far.
Hairstyle
Once you set up the face, you will move to hairstyle, to change hair colour and cut. Hogwarts Legacy has a range of hair colours, so you can easily copy any style from real life.
Complexion
Within the complexion tab, you can opt for freckles, moles, scars, and markings. If you want to make your character unique, this is the best way to do it.
Eyebrows
Eyebrows is the last visual customisation option in Hogwarts Legacy. We don't know too much about it yet, but expect there to be plenty of different styles to choose from.
Finalise your character
Once you set up all visual aspects of your hero, you will move to the last customisation menu: finalise your character. Here you can change the tone of voice, etc. Also, you need to name your character and select the in-game difficulty, which is one of the most critical characteristics of Hogwarts Legacy.
