Honkai Star Rail Natasha Build (May 2023) - Best light cones, relics, and abilities

Honkai Star Rail has plenty of awesome support units, and this Honkai Star Rail Natasha build compliments one of the best four-star healers you can get. If you don't have access to five-star healers, she can be an excellent unit to fill that particular gap in your team. She heals and can cleanse pesky debuffs. What's not to like?

To maximize Natasha’s healing, you want to give her as much HP as possible and some energy regeneration also goes a long way in improving her ultimate uptime. With the right relics and light cone, she can be a staple unit in your roster.

How to get Natasha in Honkai Star Rail

Being a four-star unit, you can expect to get Natasha from any banner in the game right now. With so many others in there up for grabs, you might have a hard time. Wait for a rate-up banner with another five-star unit if you're set on her.

Best light cone for Natasha

Post-Op Conversation is Natasha’s best-in-slot light cone that you can use to increase her outgoing healing as well as her energy regeneration. If you do not have access to it, you can use Light Waits for No One, Warm Nights Won’t Last, or Cornucopia.

Post-op Conversation: Increases Energy Restoration of its wearer by 12%. Increases Outgoing Healing of Ultimate by 20%.

Light Waits for No One: Increases the wearer's Max HP by 12.0% and Outgoing Healing by 12.0%. When the wearer heals allies, record the amount of Outgoing Healing. When any ally launches an attack, a randomly attacked enemy takes an additional DMG equal to 50.0% of the recorded Outgoing Healing value. This additional DMG is of the same Type as the wearer's, is not affected by other buffs, and can only occur 1 time per turn.

Warm Nights Won’t Last: Increases the wearer's Max HP by 20%. When using Basic ATK or Skill, restores all allies' HP by an amount equal to 2% of their respective Max HP.

Cornucopia: Increases Outgoing Healing of its wearer by 16%

Best relics for Natasha

There are some excellent relic options available to Natasha. You can focus on healing effectiveness or attack speed, both of which affect her healing output. You can choose from Passerby of Wandering Cloud, Fleet of the Ageless, or Musketeer of Wild Wheat.

Passerby of Wandering Cloud

  • 2-Piece Bonus: Increases Outgoing Healing by 10%.
  • 4-Piece Bonus: At the beginning of the battle, immediately recovers 1 Skill Point.

Fleet of the Ageless

  • 2-Piece Bonus: Increases the wearer's Max HP by 12%. When the wearer's SPD reaches 120 or higher, all allies' ATK increases by 8%.

Musketeer of Wild Wheat

  • 2-Piece Bonus: ATK increases by 10%.
  • 4-Piece Bonus: The wearer's SPD increases by 6% and Basic ATK DMG increases by 10%.

The only stats you should be looking for in your relics are HP and energy regeneration. You should not farm for offensive stats as her damage output is quite poor and meant to be used primarily as a support character.

You should focus on unlocking Natasha’s second trace as it removes a debuff from an ally and makes her support utility even better. She is also one of the few characters in the game who can heal all allies, making her great for dealing with enemies that do AOE damage.

Natasha does not need any Eidolons to be effective. She works great at E0 and you should not pull additional copies of her. Since she is a four-star character, you will get her Eidolons from future banners when you go for new five-star chars. If you do want to go for her Eidolons, her E2 is great as it gives her even more healing and her E6 gives her a massive damage boost in case you want to get some extra damage out of her kit.
