In Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2, succeeding in Operations Mode requires upgrading your weapons to handle tougher enemies. Armory Data is a crucial resource for these upgrades. However, it's not just earned by completing missions—you'll need to engage in other farming activities.
Fortunately, Armory Data can be obtained in several ways. If you’re looking to get this valuable resource, read on.
How to Get Armory Data
Armory Data is a currency in Space Marine 2 that comes in three different rarities: Master-Crafted (green), Artificer (purple), and Relic (orange). It is mainly used in Operations Mode to unlock powerful weapon variants. There are several ways to acquire this resource.
Complete Operation Missions
The most effective way to acquire Armory Data is by completing Operation Missions. Every mission provides you with some Armory Data once it is completed. The amount and rarity of the Armory Data are directly tied to the mission's difficulty—the harder the mission, the more valuable the rewards.
For instance, purple or orange Armory Data is received as a reward for completing missions on high difficulty settings in Space Marine 2. Finishing the most difficult available missions is better if you want to get more Armory Data. Higher-difficulty missions offer better rewards and help improve your combat skills, preparing you for tougher challenges in the game's later stages.
Look Out for Servo-Skulls
In each Operation Mission, you can find hidden Servo-Skulls scattered in hard-to-spot locations, usually away from the main path. Interacting with these Servo-Skulls grants you bonus Armory Data after completing the mission, making them valuable for maximizing your rewards.
When looking for Servo-Skulls, wander around the map as they can be found in any corner. Try not to run through the missions, and spend more time searching for these items to increase your Armour Data supply.
Complete Class Trials
Another method of obtaining Armory Data is through Class Trials. These trials are tutorials for each class and can be accessed from the Armory Hall on the Battle Barge. Each class has three trials; completing them gives you green rarity Armory Data.
Although green Armory Data is of a lower tier, it still helps you acquire Master-Crafted weapons in the game's early stages. As there are three trials in each class, you can get 18 green Armory Data if you complete all trials.
