After using the best starter characters in The First Descendant, you’ll quickly want to unlock the game’s full cast. If you don’t want to wait after learning how to unlock new characters, you can use Caliber to buy new heroes.
However, getting Caliber (outside of just paying for it) isn’t the easiest process, so read on.
How to Get Caliber in The First Descendant
There is no way to earn Caliber in the launch version of The First Descendant. This means that you’ll have to pay to get any Caliber to unlock cosmetics or additional characters.
While the game’s beta allowed you to earn Caliber through daily challenges and logins, these features no longer give you access to premium currency.
Instead, all Caliber must be grabbed through either promotions or by purchasing the premium currency on your platform of choice. There is a chance this could change in the future, but this is how Caliber works at the time of writing.
Caliber Prices in The First Descendant
These are the current prices for Caliber in The First Descendant:

Of course, during specific promotions, there may be times when Caliber is cheaper than its currently set value. There is also a possibility that prices will be altered in the future if the game's current prices are found to not fuel sales.
