Despite the numerous bugs and glitches, the launch of Call of Duty Vanguard has been hugely successful, with many players jumping into a new dose of multiplayer action jam-packed full of weapons, maps, and so much more. As the start of Season 1 nears, a dataminer has been diving into the files of the game in a bid to discover some of the content expected to arrive in the first major update for the game.
A recent leak has suggested that a fan-favourite game mode will be making its way into multiplayer alongside all-new modes that have yet to be revealed.

Vanguard Infected Game Mode Leak
The leak comes from notable dataminer @sebas44123, who had managed to load an Infected match within Vanguard multiplayer. They go on to say that "almost every MW mode has functionality in Vanguard." Could more Modern Warfare modes be on their way to Vanguard multiplayer?
Alongside Infected, three other unreleased game modes known as "Mines", "Tanks", and "Skulls" were also found within the files of the game. The modes couldn't be loaded but many are already curious to see what Sledgehammer Games has in store in regards to new modes for multiplayer.
When Will Infected Launch in Vanguard?
Details on when Infected will be making its way into multiplayer have yet to be revealed but considering that the mode has been found within the game files, it could arrive as soon as the Season 1 update which will launch on December 8th. Infected is a hugely popular mode and many will be happy to see it make a return in Vanguard.
