League of Legends patch 13.06 is the latest addition to Season 13, and there is good reason to be excited about it. League of Legends Season 13 is underway with some game-changing patches. Each patch brings with it fresh new gameplay changes that help keep the game exciting!
In this guide, we'll be covering the patch notes, including all buffs and nerfs to champions and items. We'll also be looking at all the shiny new skins, and taking a brief look at the upcoming champion.

When is the League of Legends patch 13.06 release date?
According to the patch schedule, League of Legends patch 13.06 is set to release on March 22, 2023. The patch update usually takes place around the following times for different servers:
- 3 AM PT (NA servers)
- 5 AM GMT (WEU servers)
- 3 AM CET (EEU servers)
- 8 AM KR (Korea)
Patch updates usually take three hours, after which you can update your client and get the latest updates for your game. Riot typically never deviates from this schedule, but if it does, it'll provide timing updates on the site 48 hours prior.
Who's getting buffed and nerfed in LoL 13.6?

With concrete patch notes out now ahead of the patch launch, here's a quick rundown of which champs are climbing, and which are getting knocked down a peg this time.
League of Legends patch 13.6 balance changes
Though Zeri was initially on the list of nerfs for this patch, she doesn't seem to have made the final cut. She's safe for a few more weeks.
Here's what's confirmed to be changing:
League of Legends patch 13.06 Champion buffs
The following champions will all receive buffs in patch 13.06.
Ashe
- Passive damage increased from 110 percent plus crit chance to 115 percent plus crit chance
Galio
- E cooldown reduced from 12-8 seconds to 11-7
- W damage reduction increased from 20-40 percent (plus eight percent magic resist) to 25-45 percent (plus 12 percent magic resist)
Talon
- Base mana increased from 377 to 400
- Passive damage increased from 75-255 to 80-280
- W mana cost reduced from 55-75 to 50-70
- R damage increased from 90-180 to 90-200
Vayne
- Passive move speed increased from 30 to 45
- Q attack damage ratio increased from 60-80 percent to 75-115 percent, Q buff duration reduced from seven seconds to three seconds
- W percentage health damage changed from 4-12 percent to 6-10 percent
Champion nerfs in League of Legends 13.06
Riot came through with their commitment to nerfing Aurelion Sol and Yuumi, who had been terrorizing the meta.
Aurelion Sol
- E cooldown changed from 12-10 to 12
- Stardust required for R2 increased from 75 to 100
- R1 stun duration reduced from 1.25 seconds to one second, cast range reduced from 1,250 to 1,100
- R2 knock-up duration reduced from 1.25 seconds to one second, cast range reduced from 1,250 to 1,100
Veigar
- Base health reduced from 575 to 550
- Base attack range reduced from 21 to 18
- W damage changed from 100-300 to 85-305
Yuumi
- Q cooldown changed from 7.5-6.25 to 6.5 flat, mana cost increased from 50-75 to 50-100, range/speed reduced
- R bonus 20-60 resists removed
Item changes in League of Legends 13.06
Patch 13.06 also brought in a bunch of item changes. Most items got nerfed, with Nashor's Tooth being the only exception.
Nashor’s Tooth
- Ability haste added: 15
- Build path adjusted
- Total cost increased from 3,000 to 3,200
Bloodthirster
- Shield reduced from 180-450 (level 9-18) to 100-400 (level 8-18)
Navori Quickblades
- Cooldown refund reduced from 15 to 12 percent
Rune Changes
We will see two runes get changes in patch 13.06 as well
Legend: Bloodline
- Maximum life steal reduced from six percent to 5.25 percent
- Max health reduced from 100 to 85
Lethal Tempo
- Ranged attack speed reduced from 30-54 percent (maxes at level 12) to 24-54 percent (maxes at level 18)
Dragon nerfs in League of Legends 13.06
Because the game has been rotating around bot priority too much lately, Riot has also decided to nerf the dragon buffs,
Hextech Prowess
- Ability haste reduced from 9-36 (based on stacks) to 7.5-30 (based on stacks)
- Bonus attack speed reduced from 9-36 percent (based on stacks) to 7.5-30 percent (based on stacks)
Infernal Might
- Bonus attack damage and ability power reduced from 6-24 percent (based on stacks) to 5-20 percent (based on stacks)
Mountainous Vigor
- Bonus resistances reduced from 9-36 percent (based on stacks) to 8-32 percent (based on stacks)
Oceanic Will
- Health regeneration reduced from 3-12 percent missing health (based on stacks) to 2.5-10 percent missing health (based on stacks)
League of Legends 13.06 ARAM changes
Riot's reasoning for this latest ARAM pass is an effort to "clean up unnecessary modifiers." This means reducing things on both well-performing and under-performing champions. There's also a few changes to turrets coming in, too.

- Diana: Damage Received: 95% ⇒ 100%
- Jarvan IV: Damage Dealt: 105% ⇒ 100%
- Kai'Sa: Damage Dealt: 105% ⇒ 100%
- Master Yi: Damage Dealt: 105% ⇒ 100%
Turret changes
- Turret Starting Armor and MR: 75 ⇒ 60

- Fixed a bug that would not display your banner skin in the Clash loading screen
- Fixed a bug where the rune recommender wasn't properly changing recommendations for the position you selected for multi-position champions.
- Fixed a bug that was causing Yuumi's ultimate, Final Chapter, to not heal her through her Passive.
- Fixed a bug that was causing EDG Yuumi's ultimate SFX to play too loudly.
- Fixed a bug that caused EDG Yuumi's SFX to not play on most of her emotes.
- Fixed a bug that was causing EDG Yuumi's final wave to not display the trophy VFX.
- Fixed a bug that was causing Yuumi's Passive heal expiration SFX to not play.
- Fixed a bug that was causing Yuumi's Passive to sometimes not activate Summon Aery when attaching to an ally after using a charged basic attack.

Skin adjustments
- Pulsefire Ezreal's Thruster particles are no longer displaced when casting Trueshot Barrage.
- Broken Covenant Cho'Gath and Shan Hai Scrolls Cho'Gath Passive heal VFX are now unique.
- Championship Kalista: Restored VFX overlay appearing on the platform near the end of recall animation.
- Broken Covenant Rakan’s eyebrows were updated to better match ones from the Splash art.
