You can unlock more jobs by raising Kasuga's Personality Stats through the following activities:

  • Interact with Aloha Links characters
  • Play mini-games
  • Pass the exam at Ounabara Vocational School

After raising your Personality stats, Alo-Happy Tours will have new jobs available for you, which you can unlock by completing tasks. These tasks usually require some money, so make sure you always have enough on hand. If you want to know what all the jobs are, check out how to unlock all jobs in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.

To unlock even more jobs, you should level up your bonds with other party members by playing mini-games, giving presents, triggering Party Chat, and successfully clearing battles with the characters. You can also trigger unique bond events for all characters.

It's worth noting that stat increases gained by reaching certain job levels are transferrable as well. However, if you have a job-unique stat bonus, you will not be able to carry it over to your new job.

How do Extreme Techniques work?

You can do this by reaching a high job rank in the game. So, it's best to stick to one job until you have mastered it before moving on to a different one.

If you have reached the job rank that grants you Extreme Techniques, you can receive useful boosts to a character's base and job stats. The more frequently you change jobs in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, the more bonuses you'll get. Thus, you can greatly benefit from increased base attributes in battles from changing jobs.

As you raise your bond level, you can gain more than four Extreme Techniques as well. When changing jobs initially, you can get up to four of these techniques, but eventually, you can increase this limit to six.
