Chinese New Year hit Call of Duty with tons of new content. Players can celebrate the Lunar New Year and earn valuable rewards in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone. The event is live, and you can hunt for the best freebies now!

When does the MW3 & Warzone Year of the Dragon event end?

Warzone Year of the Dragon event launched on February 9, 2024. According to the in-game countdown, it will remain available until February 14, 2024. Hurry up to claim your rewards before the timer ends.

How to play MW3 & Warzone Year of the Dragon event

During the event period, your total XP earned in Modern Warfare 3 & Warzone contributes to your event progression. Players can also finish Daily and Weekly challenges for additional XP boost (this will give you tons of XP). Head to the Challenges tab from the main menu to see the available quests.

And if you purchased the Full Kit: Dragon Soul: Lunar New Year bundle in the in-game store, you can use Emperor skin and get a bonus of 1,000 EXP for every finished match.

MW3 & Warzone Year of the Dragon event rewards

During the Year of the Dragon event, players can earn ten exclusive rewards, with the best one being exclusive camo obtained after grinding more than half a million XP.

Here are all of the rewards you can obtain during the event:

  • 10,000 XP: Weapon Sticker “Majestic Warrior”
  • 23,600 XP: Double XP Token
  • 42,100 XP: Large Decal “Lantern Nights”
  • 67,250 XP: Double Weapon XP Token
  • 101,640 XP: Charm “Jade Guardian”
  • 148,000 XP: Large Decal “Prosperity in Hand”
  • 211,300 XP: Emblem “The Glided Emperor”
  • 297,350 XP: Calling Card “Dragon’s Glow”
  • 414,350 XP: Double Battle Pass XP Token
  • 573,500 XP: Camo “Dragon Scales”

The event ends soon, so if you haven't secured all the desired rewards, you can start playing now! You can make tons of XP even in Warzone by playing Resurgence mode in Fortune's Keep.
