Blue-haired streamer Ninja’s team have lost a tense League of Legends showdown against a team led by YouTube sensation MrBeast.

Despite incredibly feisty trash talk between the two team leaders in the run-up to the event, with some absolutely destructive lines being thrown back and forth in the kind of manner usually resolved for a boxing clash.

In the end, MrBeast had the last laugh, with his squad winning the best-of-three challenge by two games to one.

Historic Clash Ends in Defeat for Ninja’s Team

The majority of the damage was done early, with MrBeast’s team taking both of the first two games thanks to some cohesive teamwork.

This left hardcore League streamer Tyler1 raging at his fellow team Ninja players, one of whom seemingly admitted to being bribed to throw the charity game via a lifetime supply of chocolates gifted to him by MrBeast, leading Tyler to muse: “that’s where your career is now huh? A box of chocolates!”

Chocolate-related banter aside, Ninja’s team were able to redeem themselves somewhat by pulling out the win in the final game of the showdown to ensure that they weren’t held to a big fat zero, with Ninja himself killing MrBeast as they stomped to victory.

Thankfully, the night ended with a handshake between the two, before the presenting of a championship belt and a large novelty cheque to a charity of MrBeast’s choice, with the YouTuber soaking in some loud chants of ‘Beast!’ from the crowd as things wrapped up.

Sadly, the defeat marks the second in a row in big events for Ninja, with the streamer having previously fallen in round one of Dr Disrespect’s ‘Hot Shot Duo Drop’ Fortnite event, which eventually saw Tfue and Zemie emerge victorious.

The Fortnite legend has also recently seen his icon skin return to Fortnite’s item store and revealed what happened to his planned involvement in an EVO Super Smash Bros tournament back in 2019, during a poker live stream that also featured MrBeast and fellow influencer Ludwig in early May.
