While upgrading your base, Palworld will ask you to perform several tasks so that you can level up your base. However, some of these might not seem appealing at first. When familiarising yourself with different structures, knowing how to build a Palworld Crusher makes all the difference.
The Crusher might not make sense to you at the beginning of your Palworld journey, but it is an essential structure that will make your life a whole lot easier once you progress further in the game and require more Fiber and Paladium Fragments. So let's take a look at how to build the Crusher and how it works.
Once you're done building the Crusher you might also want to know how to ride Pals and how to earn Ancient Civilization Points and Parts which are extremely useful.
How to build Palworld Crusher
Before you can unlock the Crusher you first need to unlock it from the Technology Menu by spending Technology Points at Level 6.
Once you have it unlocked you then need to gather the following materials to craft it.
- Stone x20
- Wood x50
- Paladium Fragments x10
Once you have all of the above ready to use, you can open the build menu, navigate to the production tab, and place the Crusher down on an open spot in your base to begin building it. Now that your Crusher is complete, let's see what this particular machine can do and the benefits it possesses.
How does the Palworld Crusher work?
The Crusher is operated by a waterwheel and requires a Pal who can perform the Watering job to function. The Crusher can produce two types of resources:
- A Paladium Fragment by crushing 10 Stone
- 2x Fiber by crushing 10 Wood
While this might seem very inefficient at first, later on, you get vast quantities of wood and stone that produce hundreds of Paladium Fragments and Fiber through the Crusher, resulting in it becoming the most optimised method to gather these resources regularly. Be sure to take full advantage of the Crusher once you get your Wood and Stone farm set up.
