One of the highlights in Palworld is the thrill of catching and collecting Pals, with Nyafia being one of the standout, powerful creatures.
Looking like a cat-human combo and rocking Dark-type powers, Nyafia’s more than just cute – it can also poison enemies from a distance.
In this article, we’ll help you find and catch Nyafia in Palworld, making sure you don’t miss out on this cool Dark-type Pal.
How To Find & Catch Nyafia
Nyafia calls the northern part of Feybreak Island home, surrounded by forests that light up with autumn orange.
You can find it anytime, whether it's day or night.
Nyafia usually appear in small clusters, so if you accidentally defeat one, you’ll have another chance to capture one.
They usually appear between levels 52 and 56, with a special Alpha Boss Nyafia in the northwest near the Shield Dragon Tunnel waypoint.
This Nyafia is much more formidable at level 57 and will present a difficult battle for any trainers caught off guard.
It’s a good idea to be at level 54 when you go after Nyafia; that way, you can handle its poison moves easily.
You can use Ultra Spheres, but the odds of catching it are pretty low.
If you want a much higher capture rate, try using Legendary Spheres or, even better, Ultimate Spheres.
Note that Nyafia’s poison attacks can spread to your Pals, so if they become poisoned, switch them out.
It’s tricky to dodge Nyafia’s long-range moves, so just make sure you're timing and staying far enough away.
Its Dark-type abilities are tough and varied, so stay sharp and dodge those hits.
The trick is to stay quick and agile to avoid its hits while slowly draining its HP without accidentally knocking it out.
You don’t need heavy weaponry to weaken Nyafia, as lowering its HP is relatively easy without defeating it.
If you want to play it safe, the Meowmere (Attack: 200) or Assault Rifle (Attack: 320) are your go-to ranged weapons to chip away at its health safely.
If you’re into melee, the Sword (Attack: 525) is a good fit; just don’t push it too far.
These weapons help you safely bring down Nyafia’s HP, so you don’t have to worry about a knockout from a crit.
Those Dark-type moves make Nyafia a solid opponent. Here’s the lowdown on its main attacks:
- Dark Laser (Power: 150)
- Nightmare Ball (Power: 100)
- Poison Shower (Power: 90)
- Shadow Burst (Power: 55)
- Stone Blast (Power: 55)
- Poison Blast (Power: 30)
- Poison Fog (Power: 0)
These attacks deal poison damage, so Nyafia is great against Neutral-type Pals.
The poison damage she can deal makes her a handy ally when facing tougher enemies with strong defense and physical attacks.
Thanks to its balanced stats, Nyafia can handle pretty much any role. When she hits level 55, Nyafia’s Attack and Defense are roughly 574 and 572.
It’s a decent fighter and handy for base activities with these attributes.
Nyafia also excels in handiwork (Level 3) for crafting at your base, and she is skilled in gathering, lumping, and transporting (all Level 2).
Nyafia will make a strong addition to your team if you need a capable worker.
If catching Nyafia doesn't work out, breeding could be a good backup. You can get Nyafia by breeding other Pals with combos like:
- Gorirat Terra + Xenolord = Nyafia
- Suzaku + Smokie = Nyafia
- Kingpaca + Celesdir = Nyafia
- Wumpo Botan + Loupmoon Cyst = Nyafia
- Leezpunk + Bastigor = Nyafia
- Kingpaca + Tarantriss = Nyafia
- Kikit + Cryolinx Terra = Nyafia
Nyafia can also hatch from a Dark Egg, which you can find on the island or breed.
Once you have the egg, place it in an Egg Incubator to hatch your very own Nyafia.
